The GS2249 series of ultra-thin, high-speed slip rings boasts the shortest axial length of the series at 26mm, making them ideal for applications requiring shaft threading and space constraints. The lightweight engineering plastic housing ensures stable signal transmission at speeds up to 2000rpm.
GS2249 series ultra-thin high-speed slip rings product features
1. The 22mm center hole design features an optional engineering plastic housing, reducing equipment load while supporting customizable wire specifications and lengths for enhanced installation flexibility.
2. At only 26mm in length, it offers the shortest length for 2-4 signal lines with the same center hole design, significantly saving axial installation space.
3. Power line insulation strength of 300VCA @ 50Hz/60s and insulation resistance ≥ 500MΩ/300VDC meet the insulation requirements of low- and medium-power equipment.
4. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +80°C, enabling stable operation in industrial environments subject to alternating high and low temperatures.
5. The combination of alloy brushes and gold-plated rings achieves a dynamic resistance variation of less than 10mΩ, ensuring low loss in current and signal transmission.
