The FS2586 series through-hole waterproof conductive slip rings offer a dielectric strength of 1000 VCA, are compatible with simultaneous power and multi-signal transmission, and are vibration and temperature resistant, making them suitable for medium-sized equipment such as robotic arms and packaging machines.
FS2586 series Features
1. The 25.4mm center hole is designed specifically for medium-diameter shafts. It can be directly installed in equipment such as robotic arm joints and packaging machine shafts without reducing the shaft diameter, simplifying the assembly process.
2. 6-24 channels support mixed transmission of "power + multi-type signals," such as simultaneous input of 220V power, RS485 control signals, and temperature sensor signals, meeting the multi-functional coordination needs of equipment.
3. The metal housing has been enhanced for vibration resistance, preventing internal components from loosening in industrial environments with vibration frequencies ≤100Hz, extending maintenance intervals.
4. The conductors utilize AF200-17AWG Teflon wire, which is temperature-resistant up to 200°C. This prevents insulation failure caused by high-temperature aging in rotating parts near heat sources, such as the shafts of drying equipment.
5. The system can be upgraded to IP68 protection, with a sealing structure optimized for installation clearances in medium-sized equipment. In shallow water environments, no additional waterproof sealant is required after installation.
